Fourth Dimension Counseling & Coaching is now offering five-day intensive retreats at Fourth Dimension Healing Ranch in Maple Valley, Washington for betrayal trauma, betrayed partners, men impacted sex and pornography addiction and sexual compulsivity as well as couples impacted by sex addiction, infidelity and sexual betrayal trauma.
The Intensive Retreats at Fourth Dimension Healing Ranch are designed by Heidi Kinsella, LMHC, SUDP, CSAT-S, CPTT-S, CMAT, CCPS, EAMHP, and Carol Juergensen Sheets, LCSW, CSAT, CCPS-S, PCC and author of Help.Her.Heal, Unleashing Your Power: Moving Through the Trauma of Partner Betrayal and Help.Them.Heal, along with Amy Sohler, MA, LMHC, SUDP, CSAT who worked at Gentle Path at the Meadows, and Karen Cooper, MS, LMHC, SUDP, CSAT-C, EMDR-II. These intensive retreats are set in a rural setting in Maple Valley, WA. and designed for clients to interact with each other, nature and horses and offer many experiential therapeutic opportunities including Equine Assisted Therapy.
Heidi Kinsella LMHC, SUDP, CSAT-S, CPTT-S, CMAT, CCPS, EAMHP, is a masters-level licensed mental health therapist who specializes in working with people who have been affected by sex and pornography addiction, infidelity, sexual compulsivity, betrayed partners and betrayal trauma. She holds a National Certification as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor, a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist Supervisor, and as a Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist from IITAP, is a licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional for the state of Washington. She is licensed in Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. Heidi is a Meadows-trained therapist and completed Post-Induction Training and Attachment Focused EMDR training through the Parnell Institute to address trauma. Heidi holds a post Master’s certificate from Denver University as an Equine Assisted Mental Health Practitioner.

Sheri is a certified coach and practitioner with many years of experience supporting clients through personal, career, and leadership development as they journey in life. Her approach to coaching is encouragement and guidance to help her clients generate possibilities, focus on their strengths, and build from the wisdom that is within. Sheri is passionate about supporting people as they expectedly or unexpectedly face transitions or hardships in their life. Sheri uses a variety of theories and tools to support her clients. As a Development Coach Sheri helps clients grow and learn how to be their best self including becoming personally aware, to foster career change and insight into leadership style. Her skills as a Partner Coach helps those experiencing betrayal trauma from problematic sexual behavior find space for healing.
Karen Cooper has a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Seattle Pacific University. She is a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with people who have been affected by sex addiction, substance use disorders, trauma (including combat trauma, medical trauma, first responder trauma) and co-occurring mental health issues like depression and anxiety. Karen is EMDR Level II certified, a registered substance abuse disorder professional, and approved clinical supervisor. Karen has an understanding of the inter relation of substance use disorders and sex/love addiction, trauma and mood/anxiety disorders. In her work Karen has facilitated sex addiction recovery groups.
